Witching Hour Trading Co. accepts returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.

Because our products are consumable, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or tampered items for safety and compliance reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours with your order number and clear photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy

Witching Hour Trading Co. processes all orders within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

We currently ship to all U.S. states where our products are legal. Inhalable hemp products cannot be shipped to any state where prohibited by law. Orders containing restricted items to restricted locations will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
